PURPOSE:To obtain a rodless cylinder with less fluid leak by arranging a cylindrical movable member with a constricted part to the outer periphery of the elastic tube of a rodless cylinder, a inserting in the elastic tube a piston to match the constricted part of the cylindrical movable member. CONSTITUTION:A movable member 5, whose convex surface 15 softly swelling up in its central part is formed all around its inner periphery, is fitted on the outer periphery of a rubber-made tube 3, and a piston 11 with its concave surface 16 engaged in the convex surface 15 of the movable member 5 is inserted into the inner periphery of the tube 3. Therefore, no fluid leak will occur as the movable member 5 and the piston 11 moves as one body with the tube in-between, and there is no need to form a notching groove in the tube 3. |
