<p>PURPOSE:To perform reduction in weight and to enable reclaiming disposal and further to recover oil by dry distillation and to reutilize it by heating thermoplastic resin waste except chlorine-based plastic together with oil and melting the waste and thereafter cooling this melt to obtain brittle solid material. CONSTITUTION:After waste A consisting of thermoplastic resin such as PE and polystyrene except chlorine-based resin like vinyl chloride is crushed by crushing rolls 2, waste A is sent to a heating pipe 7 via a supply pipe 3. An oil pipe 6 is provided to the joint part of the supply pipe 3 and the heating pipe 7. Liquid oil O is added to the waste A. While rotating both by a screw conveyor 8, the waste A is melted at about 100-400 deg.C preferably about 200-350 deg.C in a heating furnace 10 to obtain sludgy material B. Thereafter this sludgy material B is cooled by a cooling means 13 to obtain the brittle solid material C. The waste A is remarkably reduced in weight only by being heated together with oil in such a way and reclaiming disposal is made easy. Further when the brittle solid material or the waste is dried up by distillation, oil is recovered and reutilized.</p> |
