PURPOSE: To obtain advantageously composition for a medicine suitable for administration to nasal cavity, containing a hPTH(human parathormone or its N-end fragment. CONSTITUTION: This medicine composition for nasal cavity comprises a hPTH fragment such as [1-35]hPTH or [1-26]hPTH. A compound is shown by the formula H-X1 -Val-Ser-Glu-Ile-Gln-Leu-Met-His-Asn-Leu-Gly-Lys-His-Leu-Asn-Ser- Met-Glu Arg-Val-Glu-Trp-Leu-Arg-Lys-Lys-Leu-Gln-Asp-Val-His-Asn-Phe-Val-X2 - X3 [in the formula, X1 is Ser or Ala; X2 is Leu or Ala; X3 is OH or NH2 ].
