PURPOSE:To form a molding having a moistureproof agent in a cavity by bringing a shielding film into tight contact with a master pattern member, packing a granular packing material to the outside thereof in molding flasks and sucking the shielding film to the granular packing material side then sticking the moistureproof agent to the shielding film surface of the cavity obtd. after the master pattern member is removed. CONSTITUTION:The shielding film 2 made of PE, etc. is brought into tight contact with the surface of the master pattern member 1 made of a wooden pattern, etc. and the master pattern member is held in place in upper and lower molding flasks 3, 3. The granular packing material 6 is packed to the outside of the master pattern member 1 and the entire part is tentatively fixed by a retaining flask 4. The inside of the flasks 3 is evacuated to the reduced pressure by suction pipes 5 provided to the flasks 3 to the material 6 and to tightly adhere the shielding film 2 to the cured packing material side. The master pattern member 1 is removed by separating the flasks 3 and the moistureproof agent is coated on the surface of the shielding film in the resulted cavity 8. The flasks 3, 3 are again assembled and expandable polyurethane stock is poured into the formed cavity 8 and is cured to form the expanded polyurethane molding product 10 having the moisture proof agent of excellent heat insulatability on the surface. |
