<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a circuit by arranging and printing a plurality of resistor networks of the same pattern made of a plurality of resistors of thick film paste by the screen of printing for an alumina substrate, baking it, and scribing the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An alumina chip resistor 1 is formed of a resistor network of a plurality of thick film resistors 12 on an alumina substrate chip 11. The resistor 1 is formed by arranging and printing a plurality of the networks of the same pattern made of a plurality of resistors by printing screen on one alumina substrate. The printed thick film paste is baked, the resistance value is regulated by trimming, an improper chip is sorted by an inspection, marked and the substrate is scribed to be manufactured.</p> |
