PURPOSE:To treat a winding on a printed substrate easily and positively, and to improve the flow of a resin by previously forming a projection for winding the tip of the winding on the substrate and a hooking groove for guiding the tip of the winding to the projection and integrally fixing the substrate and other parts by the resin. CONSTITUTION:A positional sensor 7 and drive circuit parts (such as a driver IC 5, power transistors 6a, 6b, etc.) are fastened onto a printed substrate 4 while a core 1 on which windings 3 are wound is also mounted. Conductive projections 4b for fixing the winding tips of the windings 3 and hooking grooves 4a for guiding the winding tips to the projections 4b are shaped previously to the printed substrate 4, and the windings 3 are terminal-treated. These printed substrate 4, various parts and core 1 are molded integrally by a synthetic resin. Accordingly, the windings are terminal-treated positively while the flow of the resin on molding is also improved, thus enhancing reliability. |
