PURPOSE:To confirm and discriminate an improper sealing content without a worker's skill by distinguishing an allowable sealing range from am impossible sealing range. CONSTITUTION:A projection 5 shows an allowable sealing range, and a method of sealing a company's name, model name and manufacturing data, etc. on a semiconductor device seals on a flat surface 6 of the projection 5 in the same method as the conventional one.
