PURPOSE:To turn a motor smoothly from the low number of revolution by mounting a starting circuit in which the first signal is used as a starting signal for the motor and the second signal as an operation starting signal for a lock protective circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply is closed, a capacitor C1 for a starting circuit 16 is charged. On the other hand, a reset signal is transmitted over a flip-flop 16b at the same time as the closing of the power supply, and starting pulses are applied to a sample holding circuit 4. When the charging voltage of the capacitor C1 exceeds reference voltage, an output from a comparator 16a reaches an H level and the flip-flop 16b is set, and starting pulses are stopped while the charges of the capacitors C1 are discharged. When the capaci tor C1 is charged up to reference voltage again, the output from the comparator 16a reaches the H level, and No.2 pulses are outputted. Accordingly, an output from a T-flip-flop 16c is inverted, thus releasing the function of the stoppage of the protective operation of lock. |
