PURPOSE:To prevent fuel positively from overflowing out of a tank by configurating a device in such a way that a separator chamber which is equipped with communication holes to the inside of the tank, is provided at the near distance to one side of the tank, and each of two vapor pipes is so communicated with each of the upper and lower sides of the separator chamber that each of them is positioned in its own way. CONSTITUTION:A separator chamber 3 is provided at the near distance to one side of an upper wall 2 in an upper space S of a tank main body 1, that is, the space between a fuel level in the tank and the upper wall 2 of the tank main body. In addition, a communication hole 4 is formed on the upper side of the separator chamber 3. Then No.1 vapor pipe 5 is communicated with the upper side of the separator chamber 3, and the other end opening 5a of the pipe is projected out of the tank main body 1. And No.2 vapor pipe 6 is communicated with the lower side of the separator 3, and the other end opening 6a is positioned in the space S at the near distance to the end section which is enclosed by the side wall opposite to the position of the separator underneath the upper wall 2 of the tank main body and is also enclosed by the other side walls adjacent to the above-mentioned side wall. |
