Labelled reagents for fluorometric determinations comprise a ring condensation product of aβ- diketone, an aldehyde and a macromolecule containing NH subscript 2, for example, an antigen or antibody or a substance which has an active group, at which an antibody or antigen is bound. The reagent can form a chelate with lanthanide metal ions, such as Eu(III) and Tb(III), to form a fluorescent complex, which can be used as labelled reagents in fluorometric determination of organic substances, such as antigens, antibodies and other substances occurring in bodily fluids.
