The invention relates to a device for fastening a secondary element to a rigid moulding. It comprises means for secure fastening consisting of positioning means 14 allowing the displacement of the plane secondary element 5 with respect to the moulding 4, and of means 15, 16 for chipping the secondary element onto the moulding 4 which, when they are actuated, make the positioning means 14 inactive. The positioning means 14 consist of a tab 9 which is substantially U-shaped and is constituted by the outer edge 10 of the secondary element 5, a perpendicular wing 11, and a wing return 12 parallel to the outer edge 10, the wing 11 being able to move with respect to the edge 13 of the moulding 4.
