PURPOSE:To enable to miniaturize the whole of manufacturing facilities and perform manufacturing of a molding vessel at high speed and swiftly, by performing the whole of a plurality of processes necessary for molding extending from a web up to a product by a process at a position on a transportation path. CONSTITUTION:The titled manufacture contains a blanking process of blanking a blank 6 from a web 5, a trunk molding process of molding a trunk 2 of a vessel whose upper end is open, a flange molding process of forming a flange part 3 stretching outside from the upper end fringe, a trimming process of trimming the flange part 3, a flange rising-up process of rising up the fringe part and a curling process of curling the upper end part of the fringe part outside. The whole processes are completed on the same position in a transfer path for a molding vessel 1 extending from a material to a product. Then a lower and upper devices positioning at the upper and lower sides in a vertical direction and applying molding processing to a base material of the vessel through cooperative working is provided. |
