CONNECTING METHOD FOR TITANIUM COIL AND LEADER COIL

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the thermal deformation at annealing time or the crack on a rivet junction part and the rupture due to looseness by providing the hole to pass a linking stock through a titanium stock and leader stock and by joining the both by the linking material. CONSTITUTION:A hole 8 is provided on the titanium short plate 1 or leader short plate 2 of the both part or one part of the connecting member of a titanium material short plate 1 and leader material short plate 2 and a linking member 3 is passed through this hole 8. The both of the titanium short plate 1 and leader short plate 2 are then linked by performing the fixing of the leader short plate 2 and linking member 3 by a welding 7. On the joint having the short plate of different material thereof the welding 6 is performed on line of the titanium plate each other on the titanium and the leader material plate each other on the leader material.
