摘要 PURPOSE:To select a distance measurement point within a visual field by dividing a photodetection and a projection lens into two parts and forming a couple of front and rear lenses, and moving either or both of them at right angles to the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:A projecting element LED and a semiconductor position detecting device PSD are arranged at constant distance of base line length and the projection and photodetection lenses are arranged in front of them respectively. Then, the rays of light of an LED reflected by an object is received by the PSD. The projection and photodetection lenses are divided into front parts 10 and 12 and rear parts 11 and 13 respectively to form convex lenses having the same characteristics on the whole. Those lenses form a couple of the front part and rear part lenses by a front lens coupling part 15 and a rear lens coupling part 16. Then, the coupling parts 15 and 16 are supported by mechanism which move right and left, and upward and downward about the optical axis, and consequently the position of the object is selected within the finder visual field to measure the distance. The movement extents of the coupling parts 15 and 16 are detected by corresponding movement detection parts and displayed in the finder visual field.
