CONSTITUTION:When a measurement start switch 14 is turned on, a motor 7 is driven and pressurization to a cuff band 1 by the operation of a pressurizing pump 3 is started. And detected highest blood pressure value and lowest blood pressure value are written on the memory cell with a data and a time read out from a timer 9 by a memory cell read-in/write-in circuit 12. On the other hand, when the data and the time are read from the timer 9 and the medical treatment contents are inputted by a medical treatment instruction switch 21, the data, the time and the medical treatment contents are written in on the memory cell 13.
