The invention relates to an assembly device for a cold shrink-sleeve cable connection. In this case, a cold shrink-sleeve (1) is mechanically expanded and is pushed on to a multi-element supporting tube (2) and is subsequently fitted onto the cable end (5) which is connected to a cable end (4). In order to push the sleeve (1) from the multi-element supporting tube (2), a lifting device (3), which can be placed down, is fitted on the free end of the supporting tube. The opposite parts (21, 23 and 22, 24 respectively) are moved in pairs with respect to the other longitudinal parts (22, 24 and 21, 23 respectively) by means of a reciprocating movement. As a result of being pulled back, the cold shrink-sleeve (1) can be shrunk onto the surface which becomes free. During the next stroke, two opposite parts are supported on the shrunk surface in each case, while the other parts slide further. This results in an onward movement on one side until the supporting tube (2) is pulled out of the cold shrink-sleeve (1). <IMAGE> |
