Graphite tube cuvette for flameless atomic absorption spectroscopy

A graphite tube cuvette for flameless atomic absorption spectroscopy is heated by pairs of electrodes which bear radially on the lateral face of the graphite tube. The heating currents supplied by different pairs of electrodes are generated by separate network sections. This reduces the influence of contact resistances between the electrodes and the graphite tube.
