<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a display part from the generation of a defect part by forming a base board supporting board forming a recessed part for storing and holding a base board, a mask forming an opening part having a prescribed shape and arranged on the base board supporting board and a positioning means for determining relative positional relation between the base board supporting board and the mask. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is mainly constituted of the base board supporting board 2 for holding the base board 1 and the mask 3 arranged on the board 2. The recessed part 4 for storing the base board 1 and four guide pins 5 for positioning the mask 3 are formed on the board 2. When the thickness of the base board 1 is (t) and the depth of the recessed part 4 is t', it is preferable to satisfy t'-t=0.3-1mm. On the other hand, the opening part 6 having the prescribed shape and positioned on a prescribed position and guide holes 7 formed correspondingly to the guide pins 5 on the base board holding board 2 are formed on the mask 3.</p> |
