PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of linearing with an easy operation by amplifying a non-linear signal having a prescribed displacement width with a regulated amplification factor, adjusting it with a reference voltage and varying the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:Variable reference voltage VL set at a reference voltage setting circuit 19 is given to the reversal input terminal of an amplifier circuit 22. Meanwhile, the input voltage Vs of a non-linearing signal is inputted to the reversal input terminal of an amplifier circuit 23, and a resistor R14 and the series circuit of a resistor R17 and a diode D2 are connected in parallel. And a node 24 is connected to a node 25 at the output side of the amplifier 22. The first negative feedback circuit consisting of a resistor R18 is connected to the amplifier circuit 23 in parallel and to this, the second feedback circuit consisting of a resistor R19 and a diode D3 is connected in parallel, and also to the nodes 26 and 27 at the both sides of the circuit, the third negative feedback circuit consisting of a resistor R20 and a diode D4 is connected in parallel. And a node 28 is connected to the node 25 at the output side of the first amplifier circuit 22. Thereby, linearing approximated to the non-linearing signal can be realized. |
