PURPOSE:To apply exactly a flux in case of soldering, by controlling a wave height within an allowable limit by a wave height signal which is outputted, based on a wave height of the flux, which is displayed on a monitor television. CONSTITUTION:A waver surface 14 of a flux flowing out of a nozzle 13 is caight by a television camera 31, and this image 15a is reflected on a monitor television 33. Subsequently, when the image of the wave surface 14 reaches the set check points 43, 44, by operating an image processor 32, a wave height control signal for making the wave surface ascend or descend is outputted. The wave height control signal is outputted to an actuator, and the wave height is controlled by adjusting and operating a flow control valve 37 by the actuator 35. In sch a way, the flux is applied satisfactorily and exactly, and soldering can be executed satisfactorily. |
