This device is composed, on the one hand, of a removable atomiser (nebuliser) whose container (5) communicates with the outside through a hole (20) and, on the other hand, of a base (3) which can be fastened onto a support (4) and has, projecting from its upper face, an inner axial nut (25) capable of being covered by the tubular support (10) of the atomiser, and an outer tubular element (28) extending vertically above the hole of the container of the atomiser and forming, with the annular base, an inner supply chamber (50), this base (3) being passed through vertically: - by an axial duct (32) connected to a compressed air source and closed by a valve (36) which can be actuated by a tubular projection (13), - by a supply duct (33) connected to a treatment liquid source and fitted with a slide valve (44) which can be actuated by the bottom (8) of the container (5), - and a liquid removal duct (34). <IMAGE>
