PURPOSE:To suppress the adhesion of a spatter, to peel it off easily even if it is accumulated and to extend the used time of a nozzle by providing a nozzle which installing a ceramic body being excellent in the peelig property of the spatter to a tip on a welding torch. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical fit part 10 is provided on both ceramic body 9 and nozzle 2, the fit part 10 is a heat resisting adhesive agent, a diffused junction, etc., and the ceramic body 9 is installed to the tip part of the nozzle 2. As for the ceramic body 9, the ceramics of a silicon nitride compound are used for its spatter adhesion resistance. That is to say, it is obtained by sintering a mixture consisting of >=70wt% Si3N4 containing >=65wt% alpha phase, <=20wt% one kind or more of oxides of the group III element of a priodic table, and also <=15wt% AlN solid solution (AlN-Si3N4.Al2O3 compount) or AlN. |
