PURPOSE:To simplify the reutilization of a residual parting material to a sprayer and to improve the efficiency of the recovery by using a primary recovery tank, check valve, etc. to constitute a circuit for recovering the residual material and executing the instruction for opening or closing of a solenoid valve and alarm display of the abnormality in the recovery amt. from the amt. of the parting material recovered in a pressurization tank of said circuit. CONSTITUTION:The residual material in a sprayer body 7 is separated to air and the parting material in the primary recovery tank 11 during the pause of spraying. The solenoid valve 14 is operated by a switch 13 to feed compressed air to the pressurization tank 12 when the parting material accumulates to the specified amt. or above in the tank 12 connected at the same level to the tank 1 via the check valve 17. The parting material is thereby returned through a recovery conduit 16 and the check valve 15 to the position between the check valve 14 of a press-feed piping 6 and a stop valve 5. A level switch 133 in the abnormal position turns on if the valve 14 is abnormal or when the remaining material is abnormally discharged from the above-mentioned body 7 to the tank 11. An alarm device (displayed by sound or light) is then actuated. |
