It is proposed in a centrifugal filter having an outlet channel which is bounded between two housing parts of the filter and in which there is a filter gap extending approximately coaxially with the axis of rotation to equip the coffee machine with a control device for axial relative movements of the two housing parts and to arrange a closure sealing ring between the two housing parts which can be clamped between the housing parts by axial displacement thereof in order to close the outlet channel.
