The device is notable for its elegant and functionally simple design, based on the handling of lemon segments without a squeezing utensil, while a stable position against jumping out is ensured. During the squeezing operation, the lemon peel is merely harmlessly squeezed as well. In addition to the conventional possibilities, when serving, the lemon squeezer can also be hung on the rim of the glass or teacup. Loading or emptying is effected by two-finger operation, the device always remaining in the folded-together state when empty.
