<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and also to attain the soft touch operations with a simple constitution by fixing a magnetic substance close to the periphery of a resistance sheet and at the same time surrounding said magnetic substance with another magnetic substance fixed to a rigid substrate. CONSTITUTION:A movable magnetic substance is fixed close to the periphery of a resistance sheet 2 covered with a protecting sheet. This movable magnetic substance is surrounded with a magnetic matter 3 fixed to a rigid substance 4. The movable magnetic substance which is shifted when the input of coordinates is carried out by pushing the sheet 2 with a finger 5 is reset to its original position via the substance 3. This prevents the sag of the sheet 2. In such a constitution, the reliability is improved and also the soft touch operations are possible with a coordinate input device.</p> |
