PURPOSE:To obtain clear printed matter free of ground contamination and enable a favorable ink separation property to be maintained, by incorporating ammonium hexafluorophosphate in the title liquid as a main constituent. CONSTITUTION:The concentration of ammonium hexafluorophosphate in the treating liquid is 5-20g/l, preferably, 20-40g/l. If the concentration is not in the range, the effect thereof is weakened or other troubles occur. The treating liquid can be prepared by dissolving ammonium hexafluorophosphate in water, and adjusting pH to about 3.0-8.0 by adding an acid. An inorganic acid such as citric acid, phytic acid, malonic acid, adipic acid, tannic acid, tartaric acid and glycollic acid is used as the acid for pH adjustment. If required, appropriate amounts of a base, a metallic salt, a lubricant and an anticorrosive agent are added. |
