<p>PURPOSE:To obtain product having good precision of section thickness and shape,by forming the circumferential winding layer of resin-impregnated fibers only at the drop-center portion of the layer surface, by fastening a pair of outer molds to a press jig to be transferred towards the rotational axis of a rim in such a manner as to be disaffected from each other, by pressurizing the bead-sheet portion and flange portion of the fibrous layer and by heating and curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:A layer 11 is formed, and a circumferential winding layer 12 of resin impregnated continuous filaments is formed on the surface of the drop- center portion of the layer. This layer 12 prevents the deviation of the filaments due to pressurizing force. Then after divided molds 8 are connected as ring form in accompany with ring 9 at the peripheral central part of the inner mold and the outer mold 7 is integrally set, it is connected to a press jig 6 by using blot/nut 10. After left and right outer molds are set up, by clamping the bolt/nut 10, molding pressure towards the rotational axis of the rim is applied to the head-sheet portion and flange portion of the fibrous layer 11. Under this condition the resin is heat-cured and removed from the mold.</p> |
