PURPOSE:To manufacture a flat motor having the wide range of speed change and excellent efficiency by mounting a stator or a rotor in which a coil is formed on a base material, in which a ferrite layer is shaped on an electromagnetic iron plate and which has permeability. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 2 is constituted of a yoke 10 composed of a soft iron plate and a plurality of permanent magnets 11, which are arranged on the circumferential section of the yoke 10 and alternately have reverse poles, and a shaft 8 disposed in upright to a boss 9 is supported rotatably by bearings 7, 7'. A stator base material 15 is formed by an silicon steel plate 16 having high permeability fixed to a housing 5 and a sheet-shaped manganese-zinc ferrite layer 17 fastened onto the steel plate 16. The patterns of a plurality of coils 3 are shaped onto a thin insulating sheet 18 through plating or printing on the layer 17. Accordingly, a motor is operated efficiently extending over the large and small number of revolutions. |
