<p>Programmable interface (10) intended to receive, on N input ports (INj,J-1,2, ... N) information (IFj) originating from N separate information transmission input media (SPTj), characterised in that the said programmable interface (10) comprises, at least: - one identification circuit (100) able to receive the said information (IFj) coming from the said N input ports (INj), and to supply N separate identification signals (IDj) which are characteristic of the said input media, - at least one circuit (200) for receiving the said information (IFj), comprising a programmable input bit controller (210), - one microprocessor (400) or specialised circuit able to receive, on the one hand, the said identification signals (IDj) originating from the identification circuit (100), and, on the other hand, the information (IFj) originating from the receiver circuit (200), the said microprocessor (400) also being able to control programming means (500) supplying the said programmable input bit controller (210) with the bit (PAj1, PAj2) or frame control parameters which are characteristic of the said input media (STPj). <IMAGE></p> |
