PURPOSE:To obtain a small size and light weight winding machine using a cold roll coil material of an Fe-Co-V alloy having a high saturation magnetic flux density and curie point. CONSTITUTION:An iron core laminating thin plate materials of Fe-Co-V series alloy including Co of 46.0-52.0wt% and V of 1.5-2.3wt% is used. The iron core is formed at a rolled iron core which is formed by bending and molding the belt shaped coil material of alloy in its longitudinal direction. Therefore, a small size and light weight iron core in short winding length may be obtained. Thereby, a small size and light weight winding machine is obtained. |
