Toner compositions for electrostatic copiers containing siloxane resins with difunctional and trifunctional siloxane units as charge regulating agents are releasable, and have very stable charging properties with respect to temperature and humidity. When the siloxane units of the resin contain amino-functional hydrocarbon radicals or haloalkyl radicals the presence of prior art charging regulators is not required.
