PURPOSE:To increase the incident light amount flexibly with good durability by burying a solar battery cell having flexibility in a silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:A solar battery module is formed of a silicone resin sheet 1 mixed with colorants, three amorphous silicon solar battery cells 21, 22, 23 disposed on the sheet 1, a sealing member 3, the back electrode 201 of the cell 21 and the transparent electrode 203 of the cell 23 through leads 51, 52 fed through lead fixing members 41, 42. Since the sheet, the cells and the member have flexibility, the entire module is flexible. |
