PURPOSE:To obtain a form rolling machine that enhances its efficiency by attaching a working head at the end of a hollow shaft of the rotor of a motor through which a work can pass and rotating the working head together with the hollow shaft and thereby rotating the working head at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:In a form rolling machine that works a tube T1 to manufacture an internal grooved tube T2 by combined action of a ball 6 in the rotary working head provided in the rear of a drawing die 15 that holds a floating plug 14 and a grooved plug 13 attached to another end of a tie rod 12 having above- mentioned floating rod 14 attached to an end, the shaft 3 of rotor 2 of a motor 1 is formed to a hollow shaft having inner diameter through which above- mentioned internal grooved tube T2 can pass. Above-mentioned working head 5 that holds the T1 which is a rotary working member is attached to an end of the hollow shaft to enable it to rotate at a high speed equal to that of the hollow shaft 3. |
