PURPOSE:To easily execute maintenance and to reduce the size of a device by using cylindrical body as a base body for image carrier and storing a parts of large capacity such as a driving motor in a hollow space in the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A supporting body 2 unitedly and rigidly coupling two plate-like members 2-A, 2-B arranged on both the sides with at least one stay member 2-C is formed and concentrical flange members 4, 5 are engaged with the plate- like members on both the sides and fixed on them with screws 6. The flange members 4, 5 as they are or the flange members 4, 5 processed by smoothing graphite lining at portions 4-A, 5-A are slidably contacted with the insides of both the end parts of the cylindrical body of the image carrier 9 to attain smooth rotation. A flange part of a motor 7 is fixed on the inside of the flange member 4 with a screw 8 concentrically with the member 4. |
