<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to construct a bit slice processor having an arbitrary bit configuration, to accelerate it and to easily customize a processor system by forming wirings between elements of good products by inspecting and selecting a plurality of memory cells, and simultaneously wirings in a logic circuit element to form the system. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of 1-bit CPU element, a plurality of logic circuits and a plurality of memory cells are formed on a semiconductor wafer, the cells are inspected to select the good elements. The selected elements are wired therebetween to form a processor system. Thus, a bit slice processor having arbitrary bit configuration can be constructed as a wafer integrated circuit on the basis of a master/slice method to accelerate it and to customize the system.</p> |
