PURPOSE:To provide the information processor which displays information with an optimum font without reference to a screen display mode and resolution. CONSTITUTION:A mode selecting means 2 selects a text screen mode from image data obtained by executing a program stored in a ROM 7 by a CPU 1 and a read speed control signal 12 and a font select signal 11 are sent out of a clock selecting means 4 and a font selecting means 3 to a font group storage means 5 on the basis of the resolution counted according to the horizontal and vertical frequency of the text screen mode selected by the mode selecting means 2. An image control part 8, therefore, reads the font of the resolution, selected with the font select signal 11, out of the font group storage means 5 at a read speed controlled with the read speed control signal 12 on the basis of image data coded by a code storage means 6 and the data are displayed by a display means 9. |
