PURPOSE:To easily correct a threshold, etc., without detaching an image forming cartridge in which toner is housed. CONSTITUTION:A reflection plate 103 is disposed inside a toner housing room 100B and a part of a case 100 is formed by using a transparent transmission window 102. A light emitting element and a light receiving element 110 are disposed in a location opposite to the transmission window 102. When the threshold and the light emission level of the light emitting element, light receiving sensitivity, etc., are corrected, the light reflected by the transmission window 102 is received by the light receiving element 110 and then, the threshold, etc., are corrected based on the output voltage of the light receiving element 110. The threshold, etc., can be easily corrected without detaching the image forming cartridge 10. |
