PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain a thin brushless motor by using a particular shape of armature coil as for generating calking. CONSTITUTION:An armature coil 4 is disposed on a printed board. The conductors 4a, 4a' of the coil 4 which contributes to the generation of a torque have a rectangular frame having the length of approx. diameter of a field magnet 2. Magnetic materials 45, 45' for generating calking torques are disposed on the position of the printed board to stop a magnetoelectric converter 5 at the position for not detecting a dead point. Since the stopping position of a field magnet is determined on the basis of the materials 45, 45' for generating a calking, the field magnet is automatically self-started in the predetermined direction if the coil 4 is energized in the predetermined direction. |
