<p>A product obtained by mixing a vinyl-containing poly- diorganosiloxane, an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, a silica filler treated with dimethyldichlorosilane, optionally diphenylsilanediol, and a platinum catalyst is useful for treating glass fiber and is an electrical insulating material. The cured product has excellent electrical characteristics, flame retardancy, mechanical strength, and transparency.</p> |
