<p>Storage device characterized in that it is formed from a plurality of storage boxes 1, each arranged on the upper face of a rectangular or square planar panel 2 articulated about an axis 3 parallel to one of the longitudinal sides and close thereto, on two pieces 6 mounted securely on the two ends of the panel, provision having been made for means for locking the panels in the horizontal position and limiting their downward opening substantially as far as the vertical, and the panels being aligned alongside one another in one or two directions, being mutually parallel and located at a short distance without any structural element placed between them in the direction of orthogonal alignment with the rocking axes 3.
