<p>The process consists of (a) forming laminated panels consisting of several sheets forming the core and an exterior decorative sheet; (b) cutting the laminated panels square and sanding the under sides; and (c) re-cutting into plates or tiles of suitable size. The upper layer consists of high opacity absorbent paper, which is passed through printing rolls with the same bonding agents, the first roller applying suitable ink in accordance with the decorative effect desired.</p> |
