CONSTITUTION:When the value of detection signal 8a in a load current-detecting part 8, in which load current I1 flowing on a load 5 is detected, becomes in excess of assigned voltage, a signal 13a with the value proportional to the excessive value is added to a set-up signal 9a, and the united voltage is outputted as a set-up voltage Vs from an adder 14. A deviation amplifier 15 outputs a deviated signal 4 dependent on the difference between an output voltage signal 7a and the set-up voltage Vs, and fuel cell current If is regulated in a d-c converter so that the deviated signal 4 becomes zero. Hence, with one part of overload shared in the fuel cell 1, the secondary cell 2 of small capacity is obtained in small size. |
