PURPOSE:To perform the C axis control with a spindle motor itself and to reduce the number of constituting parts by using an AC motor as the spindle motor for driving main spindle and constituting a spindle servo unit with a vector control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a switch S1 is made, the signal of a main spindle rotative speed command circuit (c) is given to the spindle servo unit through a D/A converter b2 to drive the main spindle driving AC spindle motor, and the speed of the main spindle is controlled as prescribed. When a switch S2 is made, the rotation angle of the main spindle is detected by a pulse coder and is inputted to a position control circuit (a) through a 4-multiplier circuit (k). The position control circuit (a) outputs a deviation signal between the position command signal from an operating circuit (f) and the fed-back position signal and this deviation signal is sent to the spindle servo unit through a D/A converter. The spindle servo unit is constituted with the vector control circuit. |
