<p>The machine is of the type comprising at least one stationary punch (indent) station for positioning the shoe upper and a movable rough-moulding expandable-last station. It comprises, essentially, the combination: of a first jack 7 making it possible to ensure the descent of the expandable last 3 over the punch (indent) 1 and then, above all, a considerable thrust bearing on the rear line 3a of the expandable last; of second pressurised means 9, 10 intended to ensure the closure, by sets of connecting rods 11, of the lateral branches 3b, 3c of the expandable last 3; and of a third means 14 actuating, behind the expandable last, the descent and then the closure around the shoe upper of plates 13 forming clamps 17. The machine is, moreover, associated with at least one hot-reactivation station for the material making up the counter (stiffener), in which the expandable last is produced in two parts, one of which is interchangeable. <IMAGE></p> |
