<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the determination of hysteresis characteristics and to stabilize characteristics of components by employing a differential amplification mode. CONSTITUTION:When an input voltage impressed to an input terminal 11 is much lower than the voltage of E16, QN1 is off and QN2 is on; and the base current of QP3 and a current from R7 flow in the collector of the QN2 and QP3 is at a low level. In this case, input/output characteristics are hysteresis characteristics symmetrical about the voltage e1 of the E16 and the hysteresis width is widened by increasing a resistance value or a constant current value. When only Rs 7 and 8 increase in resistance value owing to variance, the hysteresis width increased, but the resistance value of R52 also increases when a Schmitt circuit is composed of an integrated circuit, so the constant current value of I05 decreases and the hysteresis width is held constant regardless of variance in resistance value.</p> |
