摘要 Two pairs of screwed rotating plates(2,2',2",2"') are assembled on the hand housing(3) and ball supporter(5). A circular extruded plate(6) is established on the edge of the housing. A semi-circular supporter(6), which has a projection (5') contacted with the projection of the extruded plate, is established on the upper plate(32) of a tool table(7). The screwed circular plates rotate the housing. The extruded plate(6) of the housing rotates on the supporter(6') of the upper plate and excape from the plate and hold the when a tool(22) is assembled tool to the tool connecting bar(15). The extruded plate(6) rotates only on the supporter when the tool is detached.
