PURPOSE:To form the optical circuit device which functions as the optical switch, the light information distributing device, etc., by having the photodetecting means to receive the deflected light of the light from a light sending means by the electrical and mechanical converting element having the mirror to swing freely the light from the light sending means. CONSTITUTION:The ON an OFF of an electrical and mechanical light modulating element 91 is controlled by a light modulating element driving circuit. The light transmittd from an optical fiber 20 for sending the light advances like a reflecting light A at the time of OFF by a mirror swinging part 13, is made incident on a photodetecgting optical fiber 21 at the time of ON, advances like a reflecting light B (broken line), and is made incident on a photodetecting optical fiber 22. Thus, the switching action can be executed by the input signal given to the modulating element. |
