PURPOSE:To enhance engine combustion efficiency by placing a pair of crank shafts at the diagonally lower part of a piston and connecting these paired crank shafts and the piston by means of a pair of connecting rods. CONSTITUTION:At the diagonally lower part of a piston 1, a pair of crank shafts 2 are situated in a symmetrical manner with each other. A pair of connecting rods 3 are placed between these paired crank shafts 2 and the piston 1. With this constitution, the moving direction of the piston 1 is different from that of the connecting rods 3. Accordingly, by changing the diameter of the crank shafts 2 or the length of the connecting rods 3, the going-up or going- down speed of the piston 1 can be changed. Therefore, by lowering the piston 1 before the explosion pressure becomes so high at the time immediately after the bottom dead center, the engine combustion efficiency can be enhanced. |
