PURPOSE:To enable reduction of production of pulsation, vibration, and noise, by a method wherein a suction passage is installed parallel to a bypass hole and eccentrically in a direction opposite to the moving direction of a valve spool, and working fluid in the suction passage is caused to flow about along a central axis thereof. CONSTITUTION:The direction of a jet J of working fluid injected when a flow rate regulating valve 30 is opened extends at an acute angle with a moving direction X of a valve spool 32 adapted to open a bypass hole 12 through the influence of a flow within the valve 30. However, since the bypass hole 12 is also formed in a manner to be inclined toward the direction, and since an effect of adhesion to the inner wall of the bypass hole 12 is produced, a jet J of the working fluid flows along the inner wall, opposite to the moving direction X, of the bypass hole 12 and flows in a suction passage 11. Since the suction passage 11 is formed parallel to the bypass hole 12 and eccentrically in a direction opposite to the moving direction X of the valve spool 32, the jet J flows about along a central axis 02 of the suction passage 11 togetherwith the working fluid fed through a fluid feed passage 14 and is sucked in a pump 20, and this reduces production of pulsation, noise, and vibration. |
